At ASP, I have joined a talented group of counselors and administrators who have a passion for student success and well-being. In collaboration with the team, I continue to advise and assist our students in their college applications and career planning, working on the application strategy, developing seminars, advising on essays and personal statements, writing the counselor recommendations and collaborating with teachers on their recommendations for students. My focus is to find technological solutions to assist my team and students in the college and career planning process. As a member of the administrative team that handles student requests, events, documentation and communication of the upper school, I have recently led a team working on the update of our academic, social and policy guides. I am also responsible for the supervision, development and management of the IB CAS program at ASP. Show less

      • Sep 2018 - Aug 2020

At EIB, I have transformed the international counselling services by building a well-functioning counselling office and curriculum from scratch and implementing a new counselling software for easy student and teacher self-service. In addition, I regularly conceptualize and conduct workshops on international admissions for students grades 10-12, organize university visits on campus, work with a pedagogical team on predicted grades, and translate and certify transcripts and submit of applications via different portals. I also manage a team of interns in the translation and creation of recommendations and maintenance of counselling tools. In the first year, I successfully accompanied 66 applicants in only six months, with 99% of students receiving an offer of admissions, 67% of which were admitted to their first choice, and 78% of students admitted to a top 10 university in their destination country. • Founder and International Education Consultant
      • Dec 2012 - Feb 2019

As co-founder of a higher-education counseling company, I successfully advised more than 200 students and families from different countries and educational systems on application strategies for Anglophone universities abroad. For each family, I conducted an in-depth evaluation of the student’s profile, offered career guidance, worked with their teachers on developing and translating targeted letters of recommendation, guided them in writing their personal statements, and accompanied them all the way through the admissions process. My experience and close collaboration with the families resulted in more than 95% of students being admitted to their first-choice universities. To further develop the business, I hired, trained and mentored a team of two employees, performed day-to-day business tasks such as accounting and communications, and hosted information workshops at French schools and networked with different organizations across the city.
