Notable Achievements:• Successfully achieved MCIPS UK qualification (CIPS) with Distinction in Negotiation, sustainable Procurement, and Leadership in Procurement Supply.• Performed as acting Director, Procurement & Contract Management, 9Mobile for 3 months (Aug 2017 – Oct 2017) and led various strategic negotiations with Huawei, Phase 3 telecoms, Media (Planning/Buying & PR), Advertising, Events Agencies, HMO and other Strategic Vendors and generated various Cost savings benefits ranging from 30% to 50% of spend in excess of $100m. • Presented with cross functional negotiation team award for; delivering a significant cost savings of NGN199m against year 2018 spend after renegotiating MTN leased lines contract and added value to the organization and achieving total savings of N36,444,879,337 YTD;• Reduced business FOREX Exposure by re-negotiating contracts partially or fully denominated in Naira with Quick-Win Onshore Contract, PAN African Towers Co-Location Contract etc.;• Merger of ITO & OCS in achieving a total annual cost savings of 24% ($10.4m) via re-negotiation and renegotiated public relations agency fees and achieved a savings of 22% over 2018 fees.• Achieved contract renewal of IT Operations with Huawei for 5 years and achieved savings of over $5m.• Currently leads the Strategic Contract Management (Technical, IT and Commercial); General & Commercial Procurement team at 9Mobile with annual Capex and Opex budget in excess of over $200million.• Spearheaded the Etisalat Nigeria team to an Etisalat Group Wide Strategic Sourcing, Evaluation, and Selection of Global media agency worth over $100m across Africa and Asia and delivered record savings for the group in the category.
