I had the pleasure of working with Laurel Olguin at the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance for a year and a half. She was not only a joy to be around but she is incredibly passionate about every task put in front of her. Laurel is a constant in any job she is doing, she thrives on learning and challenging herself not only in the core elements of her job - but also other tasks that extend well beyond the scope of her role. Laurel thrives on relationships and learning how people operate. Once she understands a person, it’s like something clicks and she knows how to work with them and anticipate their needs with any project. Her role as a Marketing Administrator allowed her to exercise that skill while working on site at events, communicating with external companies and other departments, reviewing and analyzing data, and creating new projects to help the company excel. Although I know that Laurel will thrive in any position, I was particularly impressed with her ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with ease. Laurel is an incredibly strong employee and her willingness to learn to take on new responsibilities is something to be desired in any profession. Laurel is an outstanding employee and would be an incredible asset to any company.
