Directly managing high profile accounts made up of pro sports clubs, household name clothing brands and licensees of globally recognisable national teams. Overseeing a team of graphic designers, account executives, warehouse operatives and embellishment staff to maintain a focused execution of the company vision whilst reporting to my MD and FD. Responsible for logistical planning and fulfilment, organising embellishment such as embroidery and print, overseeing bulk jobs and managing consumer-placed online orders. Focusing on improving end user experience through the implementation of back-end operational process improvements and refinements.
