Kristen was on my team as a United Way Ambassador for our 2020 giving campaign. This is a role that is challenging in a normal year, and made more so by the pandemic. Kristen embraced the role and the mission entirely, and her performance was excellent. Her work ethic is very strong, and she has broad capability that spans from task performance to multi-level influence. She is equally capable making outbound phone calls, reporting to the board, giving in-person and video presentations, and brainstorming strategies for improvement. She has excellent networking, communication, and selling skills, and she is truly a team player. I think she is motivated by her values, which run deep. I would not hesitate to have her on my team in any capacity from sales and marketing, to project management, to leadership.
