Each summer, we have 250 boys between the age of 8 and 15 and a staff of 100. We felt fortunate to have Ernesto as a member of our staff in 2018. With his strong work ethic and engaging personality, he was an asset to our program. Ernesto was a member of our soccer department. His combination of energy and enthusiasm with his strong knowledge of the fundamentals made him a very effective instructor. He worked on a daily basis with every age group and ability level and was always able to tailor his explanations and techniques to match the level of the campers he was working with. Ernesto also served as a cabin counselor, living with and supervising a group of eight year-olds, all of whom were away for the first time. In a short period of time, he developed a positive relationship with each of the boys in his bunk. I am confident Ernesto would be a valuable addition to your program.
