      Mr. Lynch was Co-Founder, Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of Secured Funding Corporation. Founded in 1993, Secured Funding Corporation quickly grew into the country’s largest privately held independent loan originator of subordinate lien financing and category leader. Since its inception, Secured Funding was focused on becoming the nation’s preeminent loan originator. To execute this agenda, Mr. Lynch was responsible for overseeing retail operations, call center operations, performance analytics, brand engineering and design development. Mr. Lynch was instrumental in growing Secured Funding from start up lender to a leader in subordinate lien financing, serving a market overlooked by traditional firms due to the complexities of the product. Mr. Lynch was instrumental in growing the volume steadily from $316.6MM in 2001 to over $1.3B in 2005, representing a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 42.5%. Correspondingly, pre-tax income for the Company increased over 560% from $3.1MM in 2001 to $20.6MM in 2005.
