Successfully completed this project within period of 4-1/2 months working with the machine distributor: Ellison Technology, Inc. Generated drawing-layouts for both machines at our machine shop facilities. Efficiently developed new process & mfg. Routers, tooling, QA gauges, CNC programs, & schedules for new major Boeing 787 and Spirit P30 projects; effectively communicating with our internal & external team players, meeting the customers’ due date requirements. Designed & implemented into production a series of special compound Face-Grooving carbide cutting inserts for Titanium parts by utilizing my manufacturing experience and proficient knowledge of CAD/CAM systems. This project included: creation of Cad drawings, analyzing design, material grade & coating to enhance its cutting performance & tool life; managing prototype samples, testing samples on Titanium part material, transferring the tooling design information to our company’s tooling distributor; inquiring quotations; negotiating pricing, discussing schedules for delivery, and the inventory agreement.
