I worked with Yuri on many different projects at Interbath. Although we belong to different engineering groups, Yuri was able to work cross-functionally and took full advantage of concurrent engineering. His designs were engineered with ease of assembly and ease of manufacturing in mind. The result was smooth product launches, low reject rate, and require less labor to assemble. He also has great work ethics and was easy to work with. He was always willing to listen to inputs from people outside of his department.
