I had the opportunity to work with Adelina over the summer of 2023 while she interned for the Product Strategy team at Rocket Central. Adelina joined the team and immediately brought both her spark and eagerness to learn. I worked closely with Adelina for two initiatives; one in our career space to innovate our goal-setting process and the other to revamp organization systems across our team. I have been impressed with Adelina’s attention to detail and her complete willingness to jump right into whatever project she is given. It is refreshing to work with someone who brings a fresh perspective and is truly a shining sun in the office. During our goal-setting design week, Adelina took the lead on writing a knowledge article that used our brand voice and guidelines. Without a lot of direction, Adelina was able to craft an article that could be turned around and used immediately with our team members. She has been instrumental in cleaning up our team space and organizing it in a way that aligns with the projects we are working on. She is extremely organized and focused on any project that she is handed, even if it is without a lot of guidance. Adelina has brought so much positivity to our group; it is a shame that we will have to say our goodbyes at the end of the summer. I have thoroughly enjoyed seeing Adelina flourish in this role and fit in so well with our team and company. It is impressive to see someone so young already have such a flair and drive that I know it will take Adelina to amazing places in her career. I would count myself lucky to be able to work with Adelina again in the future, she is a gem.

I first met Adelina during an interview for a UX Writing position at Rocket Companies in the Spring of 2023. Impressed with her thoughtfulness, positivity, and humble self-advocacy, we made the wise decision to bring her on to our Product Strategy team. During her summer internship, I had the pleasure of mentoring Adelina. We worked on projects as a team, such as designing a new goal-setting tool during a sprint week as well as individual assignments, conducting user interviews, creating an internal template and file management system. Adelina showed her skills with copywriting as she re-wrote several client-facing pages to match the newly rolled out brand tone and voice guide. Throughout her internship with us, what I saw in the interview process, only amplified.
