Vas and I have been partnering and learning with/from each other since June 2020 when we became 'accountability partners' in a one-year learning program called 'The Year of Living Brilliantly' in order to jointly work on our development and hold each other accountable on commitments, progress, and learning. While we successfully finished the program almost two years ago, we have continued our weekly calls since then without missing one single week. This already says something very important about Vas: he is a true life-long learner, somebody who pushes himself, who is a role-model, and who also takes on responsibility for others. Vas has been at the spearhead of learning & development, eager to find new trends, content, technology, etc. He has got a strong sense for community (building), give-back, and making a sustainable impact. Vas learns and shares with a smile - he has become a friend. I am truly looking forward to more years of joint learning and sharing. Thank you, Vas.

Vasanth is a very good Human Resources professsional and was instrumental in independently handling Motorola's Supply Chain HR function in India. He played the role of a strategic Business HR partner and also managed the Learning, Employee Relations and Statutory Compliance portfolio for Motorola Mobility India. I highly recommend Vasanth. He engages quickly at a high level and can then develop and execute an HR strategy that aligns with specific business needs.
