Application level (Advance ANDC, Aptra Activate) investigations involve reviewing the PD trace, Debug log, EJ, Message IO traces, Event View log. APTRA XFS platform level investigation involves reviewing XFS Trace, Driver specific logs, Event View, Debug.log, Device.log, UEH.log, Dump files, performance logs, process monitor.log.
