My mortgage broker recommended Elaine to me because he thought we'd be a "good fit." And he was absolutely on target. I enlisted Elaine as my buyer's agent and I'm thoroughly delighted with the results. She is a professional through and through, and gives her clients her full attention. Elaine is exceptional in that she really listens to people and hears the emotional context underneath the words. So she often knows what your perfect home is before you do, but she never pushes or hurries you to make a decision. And when it comes to all the paperwork and practical matters of buying a home, Elaine is organized and thorough. My closing was a breeze. Most importantly, she's honest and ethical. I can confidently recommend Elaine--you'll be in good hands.

Elaine was our real estate agent before we were married, she was great at communicating with both of us in separate areas of Virginia. We started searching early as I had to travel up on weekends to view houses. She is very patient, smart, friendly and accomodating. Thank you Elaine!

I represent buyers and sellers with personal service and professional results. Having earned my ABR, (Accredited Buyer's Representative), I work on behalf of buyers in order to guide them through the complex home buying process, informing them each step of the way to a successful conclusion. When representing sellers, I educate them on staging their properties to appeal to the highest number of qualified buyers and in pricing to the market. This is especially necessary to attract today's savvy buyers who have done market research on-line before purchasing a home.

Affiliating with Weichert, Realtors in McLean, VA was the next logical step in transitioning from working for a local real estate developer serving the Tysons Corner and Alexandria areas to becoming a licensed, independent contractor. Representing primarily buyers during the boom years of real estate, I honed my skills with detailed buyer's consultations and solid contract writing including submitting escalation clauses when required. My goals then and now are to focus on the needs of my clients in order to serve them well and to build a solid referral basis in the McLean, Vienna and Tysons Corner real estate markets.
