I had the pleasure of working with Bob at Carowinds. Bob is one of the best bosses I’ve ever worked with. He is a fantastic mix of strategy and execution. He allows his managers to do their jobs and lets them make their own decisions without micromanaging. Bob is down-to-earth, easy to work with and has a great sense of humor. I hope that I’ll be able to work with him again in the future. He would be an asset to any organization.

Bob is without a doubt the most savvy and intelligent marketer that I have ever had the pleasure of working for. His willingness to listen to and accept new ideas, his ability to keep employees on task driving the marketing objectives of the company, and his thoughtful and detailed analysis of the state of the business made it a pleasure to learn from him. Bob also is extremely personable and charismatic, and always makes others around him feel that they are a valuable part of his life - both professionally and personally.
