      As a supervisor i was in charge of the restaurant whenever the manager was not there. Divided daily tasks amongst kitchen and floor staff. Made sure everyone was wearing the correct uniform and was carrying out their assigned task. supervised cooking and behaviour in the kitchen and table/customer service on the floor. Made sure floor staff was carrying out our six points of service. I dealt with any customer complaints that would happen on my shift. Carried out table service and food service. Money handling. Managed their pay and pay rises along with head office. I did interviews and hired staff when needed and trained them to the position they were assigned to. I made sure they had what they needed and did their job as it was expected of them. Was also responsible of the needs of the restaurant. Did weekly stock counts to see how much food had been consumed and how much we needed to order for that week. And to make sure none of it went missing. I took care of the paper work had had to be sent back to head office. Was the link between my staff and head office. Dealt with major customer complaints and incidents. Had to attend training of new menus and then train my staff.
