Raymond E. Lee
I worked with Jim closely during my time as the President of Consumer Insurance in the Americas. The way the businesses were structured in the Region, we needed to have strong administrative capabilities within our operation to make sure we had fully operational plans or processes in place to ensure business continuity across the board and Jim led this effort admirably.
