As an intern at UBA, I worked mainly as a marketing personnel and a customer sales officer and as a result understood the systems, structures, process and procedures in a banking institution. Since the IT Department of the bank was centralised at the head office, I had to provide technical support to the branch and liaise with the head office as and when the need arose.
