Master Multitasker is what comes to mind when I think of Marian. I’ve worked with her over a period of years as she’s taken on various leadership roles, committee chair positions, and projects for the Women’s Bar Association. I was also a volunteer at Legal Services under her direction as Pro Bono Director. Her ability to juggle multiple projects while focusing on a single goal was unlike any I’ve seen before and she is great at managing teams toward individual and collective success. I was generally in awe of her communications skills, her persuasiveness, and her knack for getting people on board with her ideas—even people who were skeptical or initially on a completely different page.
