I worked with Allison on a variety of projects throughout our careers at Target. The best quality about Allison is that she's a perfect balance of extremely creative designer and analytical thinker. She doesn't just create beautiful fashion, but she takes time to research her guest, to understand her/his needs and offer something that the guest is surprised and delighted with. On top of that Allison is a pleasure to work with, truly dedicated to her work and is great problem solver. I would highly recommend Allison to anyone.
