I worked with Allison on a variety of projects throughout our careers at Target. The best quality about Allison is that she's a perfect balance of extremely creative designer and analytical thinker. She doesn't just create beautiful fashion, but she takes time to research her guest, to understand her/his needs and offer something that the guest is surprised and delighted with. On top of that Allison is a pleasure to work with, truly dedicated to her work and is great problem solver. I would highly recommend Allison to anyone.
Amelia A.
I was fortunate enough to work with Allison on RTW Sweaters. She is exceptional in her taste level, foresight, and creative vision. In addition to her design talents, Allison's grasp of the business side of retail and design is thorough and intelligent. I have the utmost respect for her work ethic, and was always impressed at how efficiently she drove concepts without losing attention to a single detail. I would work with her again in a heartbeat!
