  As IT Project Manager, I spearhead the management and oversight of over 50 projects in various phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to project closure. I track critical needs, scope, time, and budget to ensure projects remain on track for timely completion. Project management artifacts are defined and developed including WBS, risk assessments, project charter, communication plan, Project Schedule, status reports, and other critical attributes for successful management of projects. I deliver direct oversight of five development projects, 90+ resources, and the supervision of 18 direct reports. I also attend regular meetings with the Director of IT to deliver status reports on all projects. Progress on various grants and proposals are meticulously recorded. I utilize both Agile and Waterfall to effectively manage projects depending on project need, goals, and client expectations. Select projects include work with the Supreme Court of Virginia, Department of Social Services, Virginia State Police, Music Today, Virginia Department of Education, and Thomas Reuters. Show less
