I also simplified onboarding, created a vendor pool, managed vendors, and consulted with internal customers to help them create strategies to meet their localization goals.Example deliverables:• Report detailing unpaid bills with a recommendation how to address the bills and build a centralized localization platform that addressed business and tooling needs to scale Amazon's localization efforts.• Use case document of Amazon Localization teams detailing needs and gaps in localization tools.• Document detailing complexities of localization to garner support from finance, tax, and procurement teams to streamline localization processes at Amazon.• Negotiated agreement with international tax to initially allocate localization initially to a cost share across entities. Eventually this was shifted to a shared service which necessitated work with the international economist to operationalize cost allocation to specific entities over a rolling 12-month cycle.
