  Brought into Product Development for a newly created position in the company to help establish better Project management practices. My responsibilities are to oversee all new Hardware Development and support existing products in the field for over 25000 vehicles. I was initially charged with developing a Project Management tool to work with our internal resources. Using AtTask, new standards were created for a previously unstructured team of developers and team members. I customized AtTask for our use and worked with all Project Managers as we launched new and better procedures. In 2011, we moved to using Jira with Confluence for Project Management to gain more flexibility and customization. These Project Management tools are used to task developers and other team members, improve efficiency and resource utilization, and communicate easily with Management on the status of all Projects. I manage projects that our company uses to track fleets with vehicles and assets using GPS and Cellular technology and several peripheral devices. I worked with my team to partner with Garmin USA, develop a truck ASE JBUS interface, create an individual key fob device used for payroll, develop a Windows CE device for fleet job management as well as Android technology, and managed updates to our primary vehicle tracking unit the “Mobile Manager”. I worked closely with the sales team, engineering and development teams, starting with customer product requirements and going through to customer implementation

  Supervised all aspects of dispatch for nationwide GPS Technology installation and service team. Supervised and participated in scheduling a team of twelve full time installers, five major Service Partners and over 25 third party installers. Implemented and helped develop with company I.T. and Supply Chain Directors a customized scheduling procedure using Microsoft CRM. Helped develop our current system of invoicing customers and also payment of Service Partners using Mas500. Worked with the full time Regional Field Engineers in a supervisory capacity including scheduling and approving time off, hiring, and disciplinary action. I worked with other company Department Heads and Managers to help meet company goals including answering to the Vice President of Sales and other account executives. Responsible for presentations to the Field Service and Sales teams, as well as Upper Management including the CEO.
