      Brought into Product Development for a newly created position in the company to help establish better Project management practices. My responsibilities are to oversee all new Hardware Development and support existing products in the field for over 25000 vehicles. I was initially charged with developing a Project Management tool to work with our internal resources. Using AtTask, new standards were created for a previously unstructured team of developers and team members. I manage projects that our company uses to track fleets with vehicles and assets using GPS and Cellular technology and several peripheral devices. I worked with my team to partner with Garmin USA, develop a truck ASE JBUS interface, create an individual key fob device used for payroll, develop a Windows CE device for fleet job management as well as Android technology, and managed updates to our primary vehicle tracking unit the “Mobile Manager”.
