  Leuven I´m research professor at the KU Leuven Public Governance Institute. My research focuses on public sector reform, interactions between citizens and public services, trust in government and public service failure. My work has been published in all leading journals in Public Administration (PAR, JPART Governance....), and is highly cited (>6000 GS citations). My research has been funded by various research councils (FWO, NWO, ESRC), as well as through FP7 and H2020. I´m past coordinator of the European COCOPS project studying the impact of NPM reforms in European countries, and I´m currently involved in the H2020 TROPICO and CITADEL projects. In addition, I work or have worked on applied projects and as a consultant on topics related to public performance, trust and public service delivery for various international bodies such as DG Reform and OECD, as well as national public sector organisations in different European countries. I´m the academic coordinator of the Erasmus Mundus MSc in Public Sector Innovation and Egovernance. Show less
