Jodi McKay
Brad and I first worked together on the Foundation of HMRI, where we championed a rebrand and structural rethink of the fledgling institute. Brad's change management skills were critical to us achieving board support. So impressed was the Board, that Brad was head-hunted to take on the role of COO and I took over as Chair of the Foundation. I later became Minister for Science and Medical Research and remained impressed by Brad's leadership and business acumen, which has seen the institute now ranked as the third largest medical research institute (by peer reviewed funding) in NSW.
