I have worked with Jeff in the past on many projects related to electronics assembly, including lead free soldering equiment and pin-in-paste process development. Jeff is very enthusiastic and dedicated to his work and has a strong work ethic. He has e xcellent communication skills, and is a pleasure to work with. I have also interacted with Jeff for organizing Surface Mount Technonology Association (SMTA) events. Jeff is a founding member of the Oregon Chapter of the SMTA. Partly due to Jeff tireless efforts, this Chapter has won the SMTA Chapter of the Year Award for 10 or the last 15 years. Jeff also received SMTA’s member of Technical Distinction in 2004
