Tenacity, Perseverance, Extremely high intellect, Visionary, Creative, Humble, Incredible Work Ethic….this are just a few of the words that come to mind when describing Lukas. As one of the founders of BlackLocus, Lukas helped to develop the concept and vision behind a BEST IN CLASS solution that resulted in extremely fast growth and an extremely fast strategic acquisition by The HomeDepot. As a "first time' founder, what I found most incredible about Lukas was the innate balance between driving HIS vision forward while relinquishing control and responsibility to the team he helped to build. Lukas is not afraid of rolling up is sleeves to do ANYTHING that needed to get done to move the business forward and in such was an indispensable part of the BlackLocus (executive) team. I look forward to seeing what is next on Lukas' horizon and hope to be lucky enough to be a part of it.

Arts management organization responsible for broadening the arts through events, publications and record production. Using performance & visual art events, a record label and a widely distributed art publication as it's vehicle, ReverseRetro was able to provide a strong foundation for artists to develop and promote their work.
