  The International Union of Mail-Artists (IUOMA) was founded in 1988 by Ruud Janssen. Over 5100 persons worldwide are member of this Union. Since 2008 they operate on http://iuoma-network.ning.com/ as a basis for their international cooperation. Several publications are issued in 2009 when the IUOMA was 20 years old. In 2013 the 25 years celebrations were held online and the network grows every year.
