We have build together Ads for Equality and Julia has led all the Go-To-Market to the entire region to drive awareness and action for more diverse representation of people in advertising campaigns. Her work was recognized by multiple awards (internal and external, including a Cannes' Bronze Lion - Meta's first) and I was fortunate to see Julia in action during all these years: her energy, strategic vision, transparency and creativity combined are a strong recipe for success. I can say she is definitely one of the people I enjoyed the most working with in my career.
