Rami Al Nomani
I had the pleasure of working with Sultan during his endeavor with Economic Cities Authority (ECA) based in Kind Abdullah Economic City, Saudi Arabia. He worked with ECA from 2014 until the end of 2018. During this period, he led and managed the mega transformation program - eGovernment Program - in the Economic Cities. The program was strategic for ECA to activate its royal mandate by re-engineering and then automating all its manual government and city services. Sultan’s experience and knowledge of the Program and Projects Management practices were outstanding and crucial for the success of the program. Through his leadership and perseverance, the entire program team were able to keep their projects on track even though there were major risks and significant challenges with the program and its environment. Sultan consistently demonstrated detail understanding of program’s needs and requirements. He also conducted gap assessment that helped in progressing the program in achieving its business values.
Tariq Al-Maniya (طارق المنيع)
All I can I say in brief, that Sultan is one of the brightest most sophisticated people I have ever met . He has a high attitude and has an out-of-the-box thinking mindset. He is always eager to drive for the best and thinks about elevating things to the next mile. He has extreme high potential and has the capabilities and what it takes to be an executive leader one day..
