Bio
Hanin Alyahya, CPHQ, CSSYB ‘It’s my great honor to recommend Dr. Ahmad Ata Ashour, the person who was the main contributor & mentor in my quality career, I’ve first known quality through & from him. Dr. Ata is probably one of the few people who represents the meaning of quality; he emphasizes on its culture and life style to be reflected in everyone’s organizational behavior. He was CEO Assistant for Quality & Accreditation Affairs in AlMalli hospital and I worked with him as a Quality Coordinator for about a year preparing for ESR, Aramco John Hopkins and CBAHI Accreditations. My soft & hard skills have grown tremendously in a short time. Working closely with him; I’ve learned the hardcore of quality tools, activates and initiatives. Dr. Ata is never a micro manger and never will be; he’s not afraid to delegate, in fact, he trusts his team to do their job in their own pace; in the best way possible. He also not resistant for change, and welcomes any new idea given by the department and especially if it was innovative and a problem solver; it will be implemented it immediately. Dr. Ata is true gifted mentor, facilitator and teacher; he speaks the language of quality, and many of our departmental meetings were about demonstrating quality tools and our plans for the future of this career. It’s been almost two years since I was with Dr. Ata’s team, and now I’m preparing to get my professional certifications in quality. I still remember his recommendations, lectures and workshops in our day-to-day meetings that were basically what I’m studying now, but at that time it was only through him. Dr. Ata has a very kind and humble character, he always treats us as peers and as a team. Never used the word
I in the hospital committees, he always got us involved in every process. I will never be the person I am today if it wasn’t for Dr. Ahmad Ata Ashour who made me love and proceed the career of Quality. Sincerely, Hanin Alyahya ’

It was my first steps in healthcare field which push me to Quality/ Performance Improvement concepts. Many problems was threat many patients' health because minor mistakes can be easily prevented if there is a simple healthcare system. I read a lot on this topic and finally I took a decision to breakthrough quality and to know more how can I change the situation around using quality and performance improvement concepts.
