It was my first steps in healthcare field which push me to Quality/ Performance Improvement concepts. Many problems was threat many patients' health because minor mistakes can be easily prevented if there is a simple healthcare system. I read a lot on this topic and finally I took a decision to breakthrough quality and to know more how can I change the situation around using quality and performance improvement concepts. It was my first steps in healthcare field which push me to Quality/ Performance Improvement concepts.
