For our 140+ million cardmembers in 24+ countries, JCB International Europe and its 6 branches in UK, Germany, Austria, Italy, France and Spain, aim to expand our acceptance network in the Europe. ■ My Role As Manager, I oversee a team of Business Analysts and support General Managers, Account Managers, and Sales Team to achieve targets. Further, I play an integral part in the development of business strategies, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and marketing initiatives to build brand awareness across Europe. Part of this includes formulating reports detailing the weekly/monthly/quarterly and half term activity result of the whole European market including sales statistics, card member usage analysis, and major achievement with key partners. While serving as Business Planning & Sales Manager, I host meetings with potential partners, facilitate negotiations with the top acquiring partners with a focus in the SEPA market, and maintain positive relationships with our existing partners. This also includes ensuring that our partners comply with new regulations such as GDPR, PSD2, AML, and Brexit. Additionally, I solve all other authorization/settlement related issue. ■ Key Contributions • Improved payment product acceptance at 100,000+ stores and 10,000+ ATMs in Europe by onboarding new acquiring partners from establishing system connections, contract signing, product release, and usage promotion. • Increased the merchant acceptance of JCB card in Europe.

      ■ My Role In my role as Supervisor and Asia Market Specialist, I collaborated with major banks across East Asia and Southeast Asia to increase the volume of credit cards they were issuing, ensuring that the department achieved annual targets (issuing and sales). In order to do this, I developed the annual marketing strategy for each territory/market. This included calculating budgets and creating marketing content (social media and online).       ■ About Itochu Food Itochu Food is a liquor and food wholesaler which deals with more than 4,000 manufacturers and delivers about 500,000 items to about 1,000 retailers across in Japan. ■ My Role Throughout my time in this role, I was mainly responsible for corporate planning, product development, inventory management, and project coordination to establish outsourced operations in Vietnam and a new subsidiary in China. ■ Key Contributions • Established a new subsidiary in China and developed the corporate rules and administration operations by collaborating with expatriates and a global law firm. • Planned the business outsourcing to Vietnam including documenting the operation process, preparing the training material and the final presentation to the service provider. • Coordinated inventory for 200+ products across 10 distribution centres, which provided distribution to 5,000+ convenience stores in western Japan.
