Current and past responsibilities include: Regular communication with clients to assist with new account openings, account transfers, providing or requesting documents, assisting with client portal login, bill payments, contact updates and problem solve individual issues as needed. Administrative tasks include meeting preparation, auditing of accounts, preparing annual accountings, calculating and recording effective tax rates, preparing letters and miscellaneous reports, scheduling meetings and monitoring cash reports. Trading responsibilities currently involve placing and/or reviewing trades in retirement accounts, including full rebalance or one off trades via. Utilization and maintenance of client tasks within our CRM - Redtail - update client information, track activities and workflows, update activity and workflow templates as needed. Assist with tasks involving day to day activities, as well as, onboarding new clients and removing terminated clients. Miscellaneous tasks include - participating in weekly staff and committee meetings, assiting with special projects, learning new software and training others on its use, assisting trustee with set up of new accounts and all that is involved in the process. Programs utilized: Outlook - use email and view/edit calendar Zoom - set, host and attend meetings Calendly - forward messages to client to schedule meetings Orion - run reports, assist with client portal login, upload documents, retrieve account balances Schwab - view account activity, process transfer requests, deposit checks, confirm beneficiaries Redtail - enter activites, workflows and maintain database Traction - participate in project updates Slack - creat channels for interoffice communication Envestnet MoneyGuidePro - update data, run reports, create new records (also spearheaded the implementation of this program in our firm) Eclipse - currently training on placing of trades and data entry for annual rebalance Show less
