Ade brings to this role a perfect combination of instructional design knowledge and account management experience. He is committed to the essentials of meeting a client's objectives through creative learning solutions. When a project evolves and moves away from the proposed scope, Ade is very much involved with his team members to ensure that they have the necessary support in client discussions. His professionalism in working with a range of clients, his collaborative nature, and his strong background in learning makes Ade an absolute pleasure to work with.

When we think about desired outcomes, KPI's and complex solutions, "value" becomes the default metric. And that's exactly what Ade is passionate about. Having been part of the digital learning industry since the beginning, he has tremendous knowledge and is able to break down complex scenarios in order to create truly user oriented learning journeys. Ade is always seeking for the best approach, bringing all parties to the table and creating real value for his clients. He is also an amazing team member and I very much miss working with him. I highly recommend him!

SiyonaTech is an independent eLearning company with strong ethos around customer service and commitment to produce really impactful digital learning solutions for our customers. These are built on the values that its name depicts: ‘happiness’ and ‘grace’. From the very start, conducting business gracefully and creating happy outcomes has been our mission. We are glad to say that our hard work and dedication to these values has meant we’ve been able to build strong relationships with customers who consistently return to us to create their eLearning solutions. We could not be prouder. Show less

My role was to represent CrossKnowledge, part of the Wiley Group and one of the world’s leading LXP and learning content providers, in the DACH region. As well as managing existing clients in Germany, I spearheaded its expansion into Switzerland and Austria, building new relationships with GAVI, Mondi and Nestlé. My proudest achievement was to work with a small team from both Nestlé and CrossKnowledge to create the eBusiness Academy as part of its push to transform itself into a digitalized company. In a short amount of time and under a great deal of scrutiny from the Nestlé board down, we created an online academy where up to 60,000 Nestlé employees have access to personalized learning paths based on their role, region and previous experience. To my knowledge this was one of the largest, if not the largest, digital learning project Nestlé has ever undertaken, and is now a flagship for future learning projects at the company. Show less

The assignment was to use an agile approach to accelerate learning design and development. I ran a competitive workshop in Chicago with PwC and Tata experts physically present and remote teams in Mumbai and Kolkata. The team reduced the usual development process from three months to 72 hours and convinced PwC to continue and further refine the approach. Recruited by LEO (then LINE Communications) an award-winning UK Learning and Communications company, to open and co-manage an office in Zurich to drive their expansion into Continental Europe. I played a leading role in making LINE one of the major providers of customized Learning and Communications solutions in Switzerland, as well as winning projects in other parts of Europe and being the main face of LINE for German-speaking Europe.
