Saad is an extremely talented engineer with excellent skills in research and development as well as practical implementation and testing. He has very good hands-on skills in development of innovative concepts starting from ideation to all the way to implementation and testing. I have worked with him during the full vehicle design and I found that Saad has a very in-depth knowledge and know-how of Vehicle active suspension technologies. I have also worked with him during the Development of Boiler Drum level control project and found him very efficient programmer. Saad has been a great role model for other researchers through his demonstrated leadership through as a community leader. He has very good communications skills in both writing and oral presentation modes. He is a good team player and takes initiative in supporting team members and can easily assume leadership when warranted. He works with and without supervision. He is a very motivated, hardworking and intelligent individual and has a huge potential to contribute both professionally and socially. I am extremely pleased to recommend him to whoever interested in his excellent track-record and skill sets.

Mr. Saad Bin Abul Kashem has been known to me as an immensely helpful colleague at work. We have worked in Bay Developments Limited for a year. After his tenure with Bay Developments Ltd, he went on to pursue doctorate degree in the prestigious Swinburn University of Technology, Australia. As I can recall from his time in Bay, Saad was very disciplined, determined and punctual person in this work. He was agile and always knew how to efficiently complete a task during tight and stressful conditions. In the amount of time that I have worked with him in Bay, never had I saw him missed a deadline; which reflect on the energy, focus and passion that he brings toward finishing a task within a given time frame. He was and I believe still is a very talented person. He has excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. He gives all his efforts and resources to ensure the best possible outcome in any situation. I have learned a lot from Mr. Saad. I wish him all the success in his future endeavor.
