Joe is the team leader for our Marketing 353 course at CSUF. He is leading our group in launching our Google Adwords campaigns for his family's food business. Joe is very mindful of his teammates and always provides gentle reminders for both group and class deadlines. He displays excellent leadership skills--he gives directions instead of demanding orders, he is polite in requesting work to be done, and he does not invoke any stress or tension among the group.
