  Although my duties were best described as "Assistant Network Administrator", I was hired, as a "Desktop Analyst", to assist the Building Facilities Manager, Rob Voorhis, as well as the Network Administrator, Bob Hoffmann, with all things of a Technical nature. Alpine Learning Group recently opened a new Building. My original 1-year contract was extended an additional year. While there, my duties included day-to-day troubleshooting and administering of the Network, which consisted of 5 Windows Servers (including a SharePoint server), an Active Directory Domain, over 130 PC, Laptop, and Apple devices, at least 10 printers (mostly Konica-Minolta), over 100 Email Users, over 70 PC Users, and a D-Link Wi-Fi system. While there, I researched and implemented Microsoft Roaming Profiles. After I helped the team get the new building up & running, my final tasks included refurbishing older Dell Optiplex PCs, by wiping the hard-drives and installing Windows 10 and Office 2016/365.
