Mark is an extremely competent and experienced Head of IT. This, together with his varied and detailed experience as a Programme Manager means that he is equally as comfortable discussing issues at a detailed technical level as he is in a business reviews with executive level partners Mark is great at getting teams together to work through issues and he's encouraged me to look at finding different ways to approach a problem. He is pragmatic, honest, tactful, and not afraid to tackle difficult situations head on with enthusiasm and energy.
