Efficient is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Bruce. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Bruce for more than 20 years, during which time we collaborated on a number of projects. Above all, I was impressed with Bruce’s ability to juggle multiple tasks and still have an impact of the productivity of his team. And, of course, he made sure our staff meetings were never without a sense of humour. Talk about motivating a team! Bruce would be a true asset for any positions requiring efficiency and dedication and comes with my heartfelt recommendation.

I would highly recommend Bruce in any role, his dedication and focus on all aspects of his job are limitless and he give all of himself to his work, very loyal, very hard working, very professional. A credit to any employer.

In this position I was responsible in production planning (in consultation with Team Leaders and SPM) and ensuring that these plans were successfully implemented. I was responsible for implementation of policies and procedures and recommendations for improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, training and coaching and ensuring safe working conditions. In the event of an incident I would instigate investigation into the root cause and recommend safe, productive strategies to ensure the incident would not be repeated. As the Night Shift Supervisor I was responsible for ALL operations and HR issues after the SPM had finished duty for the night and I was therefore the senior manager in the Facility. Show less
