Work in tandem with lead specialist to support clients via chat technology. Distribute post-event leads and follow up with account executives on event leads. Verify leads as needed by cross-referencing Zoom Info and CRM. Develop and distribute prospecting lists. Build rapport with the sales team for quick responses and results. Support Sales Help Line. Work on Bounced Email/List Clean-Up and clean CRM Data.
