Was given a project within their Future Networks team to leverage £500,000 of funding for an exciting new initiative, in partnership with Scottish Enterprise (SE). I was responsible for the preparation of the application for funding and also in several important meetings with SE.   Distribution Overhead Line Refurbishment Programme Accepted for a place on Scottish Power’s 2014 graduate summer placement programme. Was given a project to identify key political stakeholders impacted by planned distribution overhead line investments across the south of Scotland. I created a database, cross-referencing Westminster and Holyrood MPs, and local councillors, to specific refurbishment projects and assisted in the organisation of meetings with local communities benefitting from the investment.
