Esther is an unstoppable force. She was the product manager for the first team I joined at Capital One, Digital Prospecting. What started out as her proposed solution to a problem she witnessed firsthand became the gold standard for digital products in the Commercial Bank under her leadership. Her work ethic is unimpeachable and what she is able to accomplish makes you wonder if she is a superhero. She is constantly pushing herself to grow, not only in product management, but in understanding data, tech, and design so she can lead her team effectively. She also watches out for her team, always giving credit where its due, and proactively promoting a positive atmosphere that was not only fun, but enabled team members to be their best. In short, she is a remarkable, passionate, and conscientious leader.
