Libby was an immediate asset to our organization. All the qualities that she displayed in the interview were highly visible in her role - integrity, patience, creative thinking, creative problem solving, presence, effective communicator. And all served her well in establishing herself quickly as a go to member of the team. Libby exhibits business maturity beyond her years. Even as a knew team member, I had confidence in putting her in front of a group or leading a conversation. She entered every interaction with the intent to learn and add value which allowed her to forge strong business partnerships across the company. I could rely on Libby to have a point of view, and saw quickly that she knew how to balance a perspective and share it in a manner that was challenging in nature, but also collaborative. And she was willing to adapt her ideas as she learned more and absorbed the problem that we were looking to solve. Libby is a natural problem solver. She needed very little direction and supervision. I was able to present her with the problem, point her in the right direction, and trust that she would start following the clues to resolution. She wasn't afraid to reach out to others, learn systems, ask questions, and confirm approach. Although I was her direct supervisor, it was a very easy working relationship that felt more like a partnership. Libby embodies what it means to be part of a team. I new I could depend on her to lean in where we needed it, but also not lose sight of her responsibilities. She demonstrated strong organizational skills, time management, and the unique ability to maneuver priorities as the day demanded. Her flexibility and adaptability really allowed her to shine and pivot to high impact areas. Without question, I would work with Libby again. She will flourish when given the opportunity.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience working with Libby during her tenure at the Integer Group. Libby was an amazing asset and helped lead and guide our entire Client Services organization in running millions of dollars of revenue through the system on an annualized basis. I never had a day where I didn't feel grateful to have Libby as a partner. Libby is both highly strategic and extraordinarily detail oriented at the same time. A consummate professional with an outstanding work ethic, a learning mindset and a knack for making the complex seem effortless. Libby would be a tremendous asset to any organization and I am so grateful for the time we shared as co-workers.
