I was responsible for 42 countries on these topics: Direct User Communication: • Created a regional direct user communication strategy through key touchpoints (social media, newsletter and website) that bridged the gap to users, pulled user and product insights, increased brand affinity, influenced the user journey and drove sales. • Launched a 3-year social media roadmap spanning several countries and different social media channels through content creation, regular monitoring and reporting, stakeholder management (internally and 3rd party agencies), creation of social media playbooks e.g. crisis management, requirements for opening new social media channels, etc. User Analysis: • Pioneered and implemented a standardized user analysis framework used across the 42 countries in the region to better understand the power tool sector within the region for more efficient and personalized marketing.
