I've known Victoria for one year, and as a team, we've been working together on the project called "Port Lviv". I'm the lead legal consultant, and Victoria is the project's, Chief Operating Officer. We started with incorporating the company Port Lviv and the company's charter. After a year, everyone could see the result - almost finished the first four stages of one of the biggest logistic centers in Western Ukraine, with the rest currently building. Victoria is a talented team leader. Her passion for the work and an enormous quantity of energy is undeniable and unbelievable. I know her as a person that never stops because "the business processes can't establish themselves." Victoria loves to manage people and processes, and she does it properly with relevant and timely communications with all stakeholders. The companies she leads are innovative, disruptive and result-oriented. The investment project with Victoria is always a good deal because all information or data will be considered and calculated. Victoria has a great team of professionals with the same passion for work and improvement, so if somebody wants to cooperate with them, it will lead to outstanding results.
