As the Sales Engineering team lead, Joel is respected by his team and management. He knows the technology and is skilled at communicating appropriately across different organizations. He is also a good leader and created a sense of team between Sales and corporate. I always appreciated that he was able to help me and my team, knowing that it was an exceptionally busy time for him. It was also apparent that he has strong relationships with his customers, who trusted him and looked to him for his expertise and guidance. If you are looking for a Sales Engineer or SE team lead, I'd recommend Joel who I know would do a wonderful job.
