Amanda supported me as Interim Head of Learning & Performance at Octavius Infrastructure, following its separation from the Geoffrey Osborne Group. Amanda had to manage the separation of the HR systems and processes from Osborne Group, whilst at the same time developing the Learning & Performance strategy and priorities for the new Octavius business. She very quickly established rapport with the senior management team and was able to incorporate their feedback into the L&P plans. In addition Amanda developed the new Performance Management module of the Learning Management System(Cornerstone) working closely with the newly appointed administration team and 3rd Party partners. Amanda has remained calm and focussed, during what at times has been a very challenging working environment, never losing her sense of humour! I sincerely hope that I'll have the opportunity to work with Amanda on future assignments and would highly recommend her as a senior Learning & Development professional.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Amanda at IHG plc. It is incredibly rare to work with someone who, embodies, in equal measure: deep subject matter expertise as well as immense grace, humility and calmness. Amanda is the consummate professional and I continue to be inspired and learn so much from her.
