I’m passionate about sustainable strategies and have created a comprehensive eco-strategy as part of a large-scale factory relocation project, focusing on utilising recycled water to mitigate the impact on the local environment.• Delivered numerous business improvement projects, including the development of centralised business systems to organise and control stock, company documentation, costs, contracts and financial information;• Project managed relocation of marble and granite factory to a state of the art location in Brendale, selecting and procuring leading edge machinery to achieve 100% compliance with OHS requirements;• Created and established factory eco-strategy, achieving an exceptional usage result of 99% recycled water following implementation of water purification systems.

  I spearheaded a strategic rebrand of Imex International Importers to Bella Pietra Stone & Tiles in 2007 and have successfully executed a comprehensive sales and marketing campaign to elevate company positioning and create a strong set of brand values. Operating an import and export, manufacturing and distribution model, I have worked tirelessly to identify and select the best possible suppliers from all over the world, and have established a portfolio of highly regarded natural stone products targeted at the premium design market.A large part of this role involved project managing the relocation of Imex International Importers and Exporters to a larger showroom in Brisbane. Fully responsible for leading this large-scale logistical operation, I oversaw the full cycle of project delivery from showroom design to opening, managing all logistical matters and technical changeovers. • Initiated and executed transfer from Imex International Importers and Exporters to Bella Pietra Stones & Tiles brand, conceiving and implementing strategic marketing plans to elevate brand positioning; • Successfully directed the logistical relocation of Imex International Importers to new Bella Pietra HQ in Brisbane, designing and overseeing the construction of a first-class showroom.
