Tim was a great supervisor who was always good at communication both with other desktop support technicians as well as with clients. He also was instrumental in the roll out of Active Directory Group Policy to client PC's for security and for helping move the client community to signing on with individual Active Directory accounts instead of a group sign-on. I would recommend him for any desktop support or Windows system administration position, particularly if the position requires a great deal of interaction with users.
