I had the pleasure of serving with Jennifer at FAIR Girls in her role as Development Director. Jennifer came in like a bolt of Development lightning and hit the ground working. She, singlehandedly, transformed FAIR Girl's development department and process. In the wake of COVID, Jennifer created an implemented FAIR Girls' very FIRST virtual fundraising event and garnered over $80K! She updated the annual report, took on all facets of organizational communication, etc. I could go on and it would still not be enough to capture the wonderful work Jennifer did in facilitating the Development & Communication needs of the organization. If you know here, then you know that Jennifer is an experience. There is no one else like her. Her insight, her experience, her project management skills, her industry knowledge and her genuine passion for serving the greater good makes her unlike anyone that I have met before. It has truly been a pleasure working with Jennifer both at FAIR Girls and knowing her outside of FAIR Girls.
