After my initial experience as a 5G network engineer I moved into the datacenter role and started using the skill I had learned in my previous experience. Here we manage a lot of our operations through Ansible to automate tasks on Cumulus Core switches and routing on our edge and core routers. During this time we make sure that the multiple datacenter locations we have stay operational and redundant. Working together with my team has been a blast and very educational, we challenge each other to find the best solution for every case. Show less

    • 5G Network Expert - MPN
      • Jun 2018 - Oct 2021

As a 5G Network Engineer I was responsible for implementing PoC networks and full network roll-outs at customer premises. I also worked together with the Drone team making sure the 5G connected drone was able to be controller remotely. I have created and maintained the network design for customers like Port of Zeebrugge and Brussels Airport. Here my passion for network routing came up trying to making sure the large on premise networks scale and provide fail-over. During this period I also developed some skills on the part of RAN and radio design, but this was mainly done my colleagues working together on a daily basis. Show less

Event & Esports live production and consulting. I have gained experience during my time at Kayzr. In the meantime I helped develop the streamsetup at Barvatar, I worked with Tournamentcenter for Flesh and Blood Lille Pro tour and I am back in contact with Kayzr for their Kayzr League. I lean towards OCD working on live stream productions resulting in an end result for which I can be proud of. I tend to work as a "One Man Show" for most of my productions doing AV, Video and Live transitions between those all by myself. Show less

I started my career at Kayzr as an intern. Quickly evolving with this expanding startup learning a lot of new skills. Firstly accepted mainly for my infrastructure skills but quickly also adopting the developer setup and working my way into the code. Continuing on a permanent basis was then a logical result. Getting to know the team better and still growing I started taking some other tasks on my shoulders as well. Eventually maintaining infrastructure (mainly nodejs backends and CSGO game servers), developing, organizing events and providing broadcast content on location for live audiences. Show less

    • Seller
      • 2011 - Aug 2016

During my period in secondary school and part of high school I helped out at the local shop of my mom. Learning some people skills and just getting the hang of working on busy hours. My job mainly consisted of providing customers with information about fruit & vegetables and selling the requested items. • Junior Network Engineer
      • Jun 2015 - Nov 2015

This was my student job during my 2nd year of high school. I wanted to do something more aimed at my studies and I quickly ended up at the attractive summer job. I learned a lot of useful skills in the field ranging from how to setup a quality and killer wireless network for a huge amount of people to general event knowledge. Learning to setup access points in a business infrastructure or providing customers with custom made solutions was one of the most fun parts. I will always remember that we provided WiFi on a moving train going to festival. Show less

      • Jun 2011 - Aug 2014

Managing the stock at the warehouse of Paris Londres was my first experience having a summer job. This was a very nice first experience doing a bit more physical work. I did this for three years throughout the summer and sometimes in busy periods during the year. My job consisted of unpacking big packaging boxes, organising shoes by size and type and then labelling and putting them in the correct box to ship them out to the stores.
