I had a chance to work with Aysu during my post as an Online Panel Coordinator at Xsights Research and Consultancy. We worked together for Turkey's Opinion Panel project which is an online research platform. We managed to rebuild the platform with a new interface and features in a three-month time. In addition to this project, Aysu coordinated several internationl research projects. I can describe Aysu as a person who is passionate about creating new things/projects. She has great project management skills with a strong focus on details. As a person with engineering background, she has a good mix of creative/innovative, analytical and interpersonal skills. She learns very quickly and adapts to a new environment very fast. To conclude, it was a pleasure for me to work with Aysu for 6 months at Xsights. I believe that she is an exceptional candidate that would contribute greatly to any program.

After a 7 months traveling in Latin America and being part of "Warriors Without Weapons" (Guerrier@s Sem Armas), I started to share my real-life stories from the roads. In 2019, I organized storytelling nights with a musician friend, Onur Deng Alagöz, which helped me to mix and match the songs and stories that I love to carry and spread from abroad.Nowadays, while pandemic continues in Turkey, I find peace by preparing two podcasts: "Ayarsız İyimser", where I combine real-life creation stories of friends with songs, poems and tales, and "Sesli Tarot", where I interpret Tarot cards with meditations, tales, songs and poems. With the request from the communities around me, I started to support our co-creation and transformation processes. There are no specific phrases nor key sentences for me in this path. There are lots of listening, creativity and lifelong learning. Some of the ongoing communities that I facilitate circles with are:- Cadıların Bilgelik Yolu (The Witches' Wisdom Path)- choirs of Boğaziçi Jazz Choir family- Kadınlar Şifadır (Women are Medicine)

Eşya Kütüphanesi was a sharing platform that allows you to borrow and lend stuff with the people around you. The concept got the first place in Startup Weekend İstanbul, then we developed the platform at Social Change Lab and Fit Startup Factory. On November 2016, we decided not to continue anymore and closed Eşya Kütüphanesi.
